Video Usage Agreement

Please read the agreement below and confirm your consent to proceed to purchase.

I agree that I will not copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit, or distribute any of the training presentation or materials (including presentations, videos, handouts, and case studies) without the prior written permission from the Therapeutic Assessment Institute.

I agree that I will not save videos to my personal or work device.

I agree that I will not share materials with anyone or use the materials in the provision of any other course or training whether delivered by myself or a third party.

I understand that this training may involve the discussion and material of a confidential nature and I am personally responsible for maintaining that confidentiality. I agree that I will not discuss or share details of the confidential information, case studies, and videos considered during the training outside of the training.

By purchasing/receiving access to this video, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above, including usage restrictions, non-distribution, and all other conditions listed.
